We operate globally and model our data protection practices on GDPR principles where practical, regardless of where a user is located.

6. Legal Bases
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, our processing may rely on:

- Legitimate interests, such as security, abuse prevention, product reliability, support, and service improvement.
- Consent, such as optional analytics where consent is required.
- Legal obligation, such as tax, accounting, compliance, or valid legal requests.
7. AI Processing and Model Training
TryOdi uses Vercel AI Gateway and configured underlying model providers to generate text, images, brand summaries, and related output. User prompts, brand context, website excerpts, uploaded media, and generated output may be sent through the Gateway and to the model provider selected by routing, fallback, or BYOK settings only as needed to provide the requested feature.
TryOdi does not use customer content to train our own foundation models. We configure providers according to their available business data controls where applicable. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific use.
8. Cookies and Analytics
TryOdi uses essential cookies for authentication, sessions, security, preferences, and application operation. We may also use analytics technologies to understand traffic, product usage, and conversion performance. Where required, non-essential analytics are controlled through user preference or consent.
9. How We Share Data
